Jus dan Buah Setelah Makan?

Kita punya kebiasaan makan buah atau minum jus setelah makan besar. Menurut informasi yang saya dapat, kebiasaan makan buah setelah makan ternyata kebiasaan buruk. Hal ini disebabkan karena buah dicerna lebih cepat daripada meal atau makanan besar seperti daging dan sebagainya, sehingga jika dimakan setelah meal, absorbsi buat tidak maksimal. Ada juga yang mengatakan akan mengganggu proses pencernaan. Setelah saya cari, ada dua pendapat mengenai makan buah setelah meal ini: (1) IT'S OK, dan (2) NOT RECOMMENDED.

Fruit takes longer to digest so when eating a meal it can slow down your digestion progress making you feel bloated. It really doesn't matter whether you eat fruit before or after a meal. If you eat fruit before a meal, you tend to eat less. If you eat it after a meal it's kind of like a desert.

Fruit digests very quickly compared to other foods, and is very sugary and therefore 'ferments' in your stomach. This is fine normally, but if you eat fruit after eating a lot of other food that digest more slowly, then the fermenting fruit sits in your stomach a lot longer, and can cause bloating, gas and discomfort.
